The Israel Philatelic Service is please to offer you a year's subscription
program whereby you will receive a delivery of our new stamps, five
times a year and all of this for only NIS 275 (approximately $78) for the whole year!

Terms of Service
1.	Israel Philatelic Service subscriber – the party who paid for the subscription and received confirmation from the Israel Philatelic Service.
2.	Subscription requests received by the Israel Philatelic Service shall be valid from the first stamp issue after the order confirmation.
3.	The material ordered in the subscription request shall be sent to subscribers via registered mail. The Israel Philatelic Service shall be liable for the loss of or any damage to that material.
4.	Any stamp shipment that has been paid for and is returned by the postal service for any reason whatsoever, shall be held by the Israel Philatelic Service and available to the subscriber for one year.
5.	The Israel Philatelic Service is not obligated to provide the ordered philatelic material to subscribers on the date of issue or close to the date of issue.
6.	The Israel Philatelic Service is not obligated to provide subscribers with stamps that have been reprinted even if changes were made thereto. For example – phosphor bar changes, color changes, different type of paper, different perforation, etc.
7.	Inquiries and complaints related to the ordered material shall be addressed if submitted within 14 days of the subscriber's receipt thereof. In order to facilitate such inquiry, the original wrapping in which the material arrived, as well as the waybill, must be included in the complaint.
8.	At the end of the year, subscribers shall receive subscription renewal notices ("one-year subscription"), except if automatic renewal was requested.
