What is the mail messenger service? |
The mail messenger business line was established by Israel Post in 1995, with responsibility for providing messenger services to 2,500 subscribers, as well as delivery of express mail letters and telegraphs throughout the country. |

Every month, the mail messenger service delivers 350 thousand mail items via a network of 500 workers, 15 regional service centers, 650 postal branches and 59 mobile mail lines. |

Tracking and monitoring |
Every delivery is accompanied by a shipping bill, and the delivery control system enables tracking of the item. Control system demonstration option. |

Israel Post Business Line – Mail Messenger has a fleet of vehicles that includes trucks, commercial vehicles and motorbikes that enable delivery of packages of any size (up to 35 Kg.) from any location to any other location. |

Mail messenger is a unique service provided by Israel Mail designed primarily for the business sector. Companies that market products via direct marketing are required to fulfill orders throughout the country in a reliable manner. Service subscribers receive the mail items on a door to door basis. The messenger collects the items from the sender’s office and delivers them to their destinations. The general public can also enjoy this service, but only as a teller service. A service subscriber who sent items via mail messenger can track, on an ongoing basis, the status of the items during the delivery process, up to confirmation that items have reached their destination. This is possible using the Items Control application. |
