National Insurance, the Execution Office, Ministry of Labor and Welfare and Court Administration execute payment to beneficiaries through online transactions at postal branches.
To receive a payment, beneficiaries must present an ID card or other identification document, as set by the paying institution.
The process is executed online, without issuance of checks. |

a. |
A person with a power of attorney to represent a beneficiary and receive a National Insurance allowance must present a form issued by the banking service and signed by the beneficiary. |
b. |
Court Administration beneficiaries must present an original notification letter. |
c. |
An attorney entitled to a payment may identify himself using an ID card or a valid attorney’s certificate with a photograph. |
d. |
A person with a power of attorney sent by an attorney must present an ID card and letter specifying all the details of the attorney and proxy, and signed with the signature and stamp of the attorney. |
e. |
All payment are made out “To the beneficiary only”. |
