As part of our efforts to improve service to our customers, we are glad to announce the launch of direct banking services that enable receipt of updated information about your account over the Internet. Our direct banking services enable receipt of information from anywhere and at any time of your choosing, from the comfort of your chair, without having to visit a branch. One click and you can receive updated and detailed information about your accounts, as well as general banking information. The registration process is short and simple, and all you have to do to begin is to fill in a Registration form, sign in the designated locations and send a fax to: 02-5005300.
Transfer of funds from account to account:
The Postal Bank enables you, as the owner of a Postal bank account, to print an online form and send us a request to execute transfer from your account and credit another account at the Postal Bank and / or credit an account in any other bank in Israel.
The request for executing a money transfer must be submitted by filling in the required details in the attached form.
After the form is filled in and signed, it should be sent to fax no. 02-5005300 every time you wish to make a money transfer from your account into another account.
The signature on your requests form must be identical to the signature on the account opening form for your account.
A customer executing transfers using the attached form will be exempt from fees for the next three transfers he/she executes.

How Much Does it Cost? |
Currently, the account data viewing service via the Internet site is provided free of charge. An additional service is provided to business account holders – file downloading: customers ordering monthly information will be charged a fee of 26 NIS per month, customers ordering daily or weekly information will be charged a fee of 97 NIS per month.
Fees and charges related to services and all the transactions related to them, according to the bank’s price list for fees, will be debited to the customer’s account on the dates that were customary at the bank.
