After opening an account at the Postal Bank, you must contact the Russian Consulate to register and send them the Postal Bank details forms

Pension payments will be transferred via S.W.I.F.T transfer, by the pension provider in Russia.
The pension sums are converted from Ruble to Dollar according to the representative exchange rate of the dollar in Russia, and are deposited in your Postal Bank account in NIS, according to the Check Buying rate.
Clarification: the pension provider in Russia is responsible for executing the transfer and for the transfer sums.
After completion of the registration process, the pension payments will be deposited into your account once every 3 months.
