Express Mail (Special Delivery): This service speeds up delivery.Upon arrival to destination, the parcel or a notice is delivered by messenger to the addressee. |

Confirmation of Delivery: The addressee signs a card upon taking delivery of the parcel and the card is returned to sender by air mail. |

3. |
Withdrawal from the post. Alteration or correction of address: The sender may, under certain circumstances, ask for a parcel to be returned to him, or for its address to be altered, if it has not been delivered. |

Confirmation of Non-Delivery: The sender receives a notice that the parcel is undeliverable and is asked for instructions. |

5. |
Prepaid Service: This service enables the sender to pay all charges imposed on the parcel in the country of destination and enables the addressee to take delivery without having to make any payment. This service is only available to Germany, France and Switzerland. |
