Postcards are suitable for sending short messages and where it is not important if the contents are read by people other than the addressee.
Postcards put into an envelope or wrapped in an external covering, will not be considered as postcards.
Nothing must be attached to the postcard except the stamp and other authorized postal labels such as air mail and express (special delivery).

Registered Mail: The sender receives a confirmation slip that the postcard was sent and the addressee must sign when taking delivery. This service is available to all countries. |

Express Mail (special delivery): This service speeds up delivery. After the postcard has reached the destination country it is delivered to the addressee by messenger. This service is not available to all countries. |

Confirmation of Delivery: The addressee signs a card upon taking delivery of the postcard and the card is returned to the sender via air mail. This service is not available to all countries. |
Under certain conditions the sender can request that the postcard be returned.
