There are several conditions for sending citrus fruits abroad: |

The fruit must be packed in wooden or metal boxes or other types of boxes that can withstand rigorous shipping conditions. |

Only unripe fruit should be sent. |
3. |
The name and address of the recipient should be written on the box several times in indelible ink, and in large and clear letters. |
4. |
The Postal Authority takes no responsibility should the fruit be damaged during transport or in the instance that it is not possible to forward the parcel to the recipient because the address is illegible. |
5. |
If the parcel is returned to sender, the sender will be charged for the cost of returning the parcel. |
6. |
Sending citrus fruits abroad requires a license from the Ministry of Agriculture. |
